The LMS Thinking Account Manager owns the client-facing relationship and ensures superior client service through campaign management, relationship development and account growth. In addition to leading in-person client meetings, the Account Manager collaborates cross-functionally and partners closely with the Client Partner on strategy.

The HR Coordinator provides general HR support and advice across the businesses in the areas of on-boarding, record-keeping and employee database, identifying opportunities to improve or streamline people related workflows, as well as supporting leaders in core people processes and projects as required.

> Lead and direct the business on risks and mitigation plans.
> Overall responsibility of weekly & monthly reports by sales; profitability; expenses.
